Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • The access road and driveway are gravel, one lane, with some steep sections. Navigable in fair weather with a regular car. All vehicles coming during winter months must have 4WD or AWD and tires with good tread. Chains may also be necessary during winter months (November-March). No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Please observe an outside quiet hour of 10PM due to nearby full-time residents.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs (only dogs that are 50 pounds or less) with an additional pet rent of $50.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • If your dogs come along, bring their PetSafe invisible fence collars as this home offers a PetSafe area.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be added by reaching out more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
  • This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs (only dogs that are 50 pounds or less) with an additional pet rent of $50.00 per pet per night plus tax.
  • Cancellation Policy: Strict. Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.

A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one or two nights.
  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • A dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing board & iron are provided.
  • There is no hair dryer provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.
  • This property has two exterior security cameras: one above a window monitoring the front door, and one above the backdoor monitoring that entryway. No cameras monitor the interior or common gathering areas.
